The Australian Government has made a number of minor amendments to the Family Assistance Law to cut red tape and make life easier for families and providers using the Child Care Subsidy. One of the key amendments includes increasing the number of weeks at which enrolments automatically cease due to non-attendance, from eight to 14 weeks. This change will take effect from Monday, 13 January 2020.
