Polaris Family Day Care is open to hearing about and committed to Responding to complaints from families, Educators and community in a Professional manner, which is fair, impartial, and without bias.

The safety, wellbeing and development of the children in care will be the paramount Consideration at all times.
1. If you have any complaints/concerns please discuss the matter with the Person involved.

2. If the matter needs further discussion please contact the Polaris FDC.

3. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction you may contact the Department of Education and Communities.
